Please notify us within 7 days of the supposed delivery date indicated on your tracking in order to be considered for replacement.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Selected promotions may state clearance/final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Clearance/final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

It takes approximately 4-7 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit back to your original card may take an additional 4-7 business days depending on your provider. The entire process will take up to 2 weeks.

If we've sent you a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@greenhivecollective.com  OR via Facebook Messenger and a Customer Service Representative will assist you with a resolution.

Most of our garments should be flipped inside-out, washed in cold water, and tumbled dry on low heat.

Care instructions are also listed on the garment tag.

Depending on the garment, they may come in multiple fits, including regular fit, slim fit, relaxed fit, etc.

All of our items are always specially washed, which not only gives them their super soft texture, but pre-shrinks them as well.
